Ideal for newly licensed agents, RIFO Academy’s Post-Licensing Training for New Agents delivers in-depth instructions, how-to breakdowns and valuable advice on successfully operating as a REALTORⓇ while remaining in compliance with regulations. Each session is led by a Managing Broker from Sutton Group – 1st West Realty or Sutton Group – West Coast Realty, with years of experience in navigating the BC real estate landscape, as well as in providing support and guidance to other agents. Join a highly educational training session twice a week and explore topics varying from the professional utilization of business platforms, and the proper submission of industry forms, to various sales and marketing strategies concerning the different types of properties in BC.
